Shipping Policy
We ship Fennlow orders worldwide from our partner warehouses. Here is exactly what to expect — no surprises.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–14 business days
- European Union: 8–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
These are estimates based on typical carrier performance, not guarantees. Customs clearance, peak periods and local carrier delays can extend them. Where an item ships from a local warehouse in your region, delivery is often considerably faster.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any free shipping threshold in force will be shown clearly on site.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Split deliveries
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked individually.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the country of dispatch may attract import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient on delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can amend an address before dispatch if you email us quickly. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost, or refunded less the original shipping charge.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
