Refund policy

Every Fennlow item is printed on demand — made specifically for you when you place your order. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently than stores that hold stock, but we will always make things right when something is wrong.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, mislabeled, or with any other quality issue, email support@fennlow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to ship the item back.

Wrong size or change of mind

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@fennlow.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For exchanges, the fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or design you want.

EU and UK customers — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, contact support@fennlow.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed. We will refund the full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Order cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, we can usually only cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of purchase. Email support@fennlow.com as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned unless they are defective.
