Welcome to Fennlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fennlow.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Fennlow is an online clothing store. Our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partners at facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia and elsewhere. You can reach us any time at support@fennlow.com.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment processors; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where a product was clearly mispriced, or where our production partners cannot fulfil it — in which case you will receive a full refund.

Products and production

Every item is made to order. Minor variations in print placement, sizing tolerance and color are a normal part of on-demand production and are not defects. Product photos are digital mockups; the printed garment may differ slightly from what is shown on screen.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address where possible. Production and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Any import duties or taxes applied by your country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, product artwork, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Site are the property of Fennlow or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of the physical item only — not the right to reproduce, resell, print or commercially use the underlying design or any Site content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information and not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fennlow's total liability for any claim arising from an order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits or replaces your statutory rights, which always take precedence over these Terms where the two conflict.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
